WC Shop Return/Exchange Policy

Store Items:

Catnip Blankets-

• All catnip blankets are sewn by me.
• Already made items will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.
• Items are prewashed in Tide (no fabric softener) to shrink fabric before sewing. No Fabric Softener is added.
• Items come from a cat/dog home and smoke free.

Apparel-

• All clothing items are prewashed in Tide (no fabric softener) to preshrink item to add picture to it.
• Wash inside out on cold. Dry as normal or hang to dry.

Shipping:

• Free shipping for USA shipping only.
• Packages under 13 oz will be shipped first class. Anything over will be shipped Priority Mail.
• All items come with a delivery confirmation that will be emailed to you.

Exchange Policy For Store Items Only:

• I accept exchanges.  Please email me to make sure I have the item in stock you wish to exchange for.
• Please read "Shipping Returned Item" below.

Return Policy For Store Items Only:

• Full Refund- Unopened, unused item may be returned for a full refund.
• Store Credit- Opened, unused item may be returned for store credit.
• Please read "Shipping Returned Item" Below

Shipping returned item-

• Shipping back to me with delivery confirmation is a must.  If your item gets lost in the mail, without a delivery confirmation number, there is nothing I can do.  You will pay the shipping back.
• If this is an exchange, I will pay for the shipping when sending it back to you.  In your email please let me know what item you are wanting to exchange to.  
• You will need to email me of the item being returned or exchanged and delivery confirmation within one week of receiving the item.  Once I have received the item and inspected it, your refund, store credit, or exchange will follow.​
