Retired Maine Coon Status

From time to time, Wildcat Creek Cattery has retired adult Maine Coon cats available for loving homes. These opportunities are rare, and cats are only listed once they are fully ready to leave and begin the next chapter of their lives.

Unlike kittens, many adult cats have already established their routines and personalities. For this reason, I typically look for homes without other cats. While every cat is different, adult cats often have a much harder time adjusting to unfamiliar adult cats than kittens do. The transition can take months, and in some cases, they may never fully accept another cat. Placing them in a cat-free home helps reduce stress and gives them the best chance to settle in quickly and enjoy a happy, relaxed retirement.

Each retired cat goes home with:​

• Spayed or neutered

• Up-to-date vaccinations

• Current flea prevention

• TICA pedigree

• Health records

Pricing starts at $600 and varies based on age, gender, color, and overall circumstances.
